Kris is a 1986 Newark HS graduate with a Dental Assisting credential from C-TEC of Licking County.  She worked for local dentist while at C-TEC.  She then worked for Dr. Wallace for the next 18 years.  She gained her EFDA credential which enhanced her skills at the dental office.  C-TEC expanded their Dental Assisting program and offered Kris a teaching position in 2004.  Kris laughs that she was in higher education for 13 years to gain her teaching credentials from The Ohio State University.  She is a wife and mother of two sons plus is blessed with a granddaughter.  Most recently, Kris helped create the new EFDA Program partnering C-TE Adult Ed with Central Ohio Technical College.
